EHPA’s position on the Governance Regulation

The European Commission will revise the Governance Regulation, adopted in 2018 to establish the framework for the Energy Union and climate action.

This paper presents the position of the European Heat Pump Association (EHPA) on the key elements that should be addressed in the revised Regulation to ensure that National Energy and Climate Plans become stronger, more credible and more investment-oriented tools, with a clear focus on the decarbonisation of heating and cooling.
