From Policy to Projects: Strategies and Tools for Europe’s Green Transition

Join REDI4HEAT, CoolLIFE and Plan4Cold projects for an engaging webinar exploring how energy efficiency policies and renewable heating & cooling solutions can work together to accelerate Europe’s energy transition.

During this session, we will explore strategies for integrating renewable energy and energy-efficient technologies into urban planning, as well as policy frameworks that support this shift, such as the Renewable Energy Directive (RED) and the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED). Participants will gain insights into practical tools and methodologies developed by these projects, including sustainable cooling technologies, local heating and cooling planning, and policy recommendations for national and municipal implementation.

The webinar will also feature case studies from across Europe, highlighting best practices and lessons learned in decarbonizing heating and cooling networks. With expert speakers from each project, this session will provide valuable knowledge for municipalities, policymakers, energy planners, and stakeholders working toward a more sustainable energy future

Thu, 27 Mar 2025 11:00 – 12:30 (UTC+01:00) Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid, Paris
