Membership feesComplete and sign the membership application form to begin the process. Our team will review your submission and present it to the EHPA Board for approval.

EHPA membership is open to organisations active across the heat pump value chain – manufacturers, component suppliers, installers, national associations, research institutions, and other stakeholders supporting the heat pump sector. Yes. Associate membership is available for non-Europe based organisations. Associate members don’t have voting rights or access to our members-only platform.
EHPA membership is open to companies based anywhere in Europe, not only the EU/EEA. The scope of Europe is defined by the countries of the Council of Europe. Companies based outside Europe can join as associate members.
Membership fees are recalculated annually based on your declared heat pump-related turnover for the previous financial year. If your turnover changes, your fee tier will be adjusted accordingly at the next renewal cycle.
From 2027, EHPA will no longer has a separate START membership category. Instead, start-up companies will receive a 50% discount on COM5 (the lowest manufacturer category) for their first two years of membership. After that period, they transition to standard COM5 pricing.

Fees are charged in full regardless of join date, covering the calendar year. However, if you join from September, you’re eligible to a 50% discount on your fees with a condition that you commit to EHPA membership in the coming year at a full rate.
Applications are submitted via the application form. Once received, applications are reviewed by the Secretariat (first stage) and the Board (second stage) and typically take around four weeks to process. In the process of the review, we might request additional information about the applicant. You’ll be notified of the outcome by email.
It is advised that you provide your most recent financial statement showing heat pump-related turnover and your company logo.

Members can connect through our committees and task forces, EHPA events (online and onsite) which bring member companies together around shared topics. It’s highly recommended to join one of our committees and/or task forces for maximising your exposure and networking success.
Yes, members receive significant discounts for registration for the Heat Pump Forum and other EHPA events. Currently, registration is open for our Heat Pump Forum 2026.
Yes. Members receive a free access to the EHPA interactive data platform and annual market report (including the latest and all previous reports). The price of the latest market report and access to the platform for non-members is €5,000.

Board members are elected for a two-year mandate at the EHPA General Assembly. Any full member in good standing can stand as a candidate
