Follow these three steps: 1) Identify the suitable category for your project; 2) fill in the application form online and submit it before 30 September; 3) send additional materials (photos, documents, etc.) via WeTransfer to events@ehpa.org.
You will receive an email with the result of the jury evaluation after 12 November, regardless of the outcome.
If your project wins, we’ll notify you by email and invite you to attend the Heat Pump Awards in Brussels on 1 December. WWe’ll also cover the cost of a hotel room for you, provided you confirm you’ll be attending in person.
Yes, you’re free to apply every year, even with the same project.

The People’s Choice Award is decided by public vote. All complete applications automatically participate unless applicants choose to opt out. The project with the most votes – recognised by the public as making the greatest impact – wins the award.

No, it’s one category per project. But you can apply with multiple projects under the same category, or if you’re super ambitious, you can submit different projects in all three categories.
