How to apply for the Heat Pump Awards

Do you have an innovative heat pump project making a difference? Submit your application and showcase your work on a European stage.

Applications are open from 10 August until 30 September 2026 across the 3 categories:

Innovation Award
Building Solutions Award
Large Heat Pump Award

To be eligible, the project must involve an EHPA member at any stage, or the applicant must be an organisation partnering with EHPA through one of our projects or consortia.

Complete your application carefully and include all required supporting materials. When uploading your supporting materials, please include high-resolution images of your project. You are also welcome to provide additional materials, such as videos, reports or other relevant documents via WeTransfer to events@ehpa.org to help showcase your project.

The People's Choice Award and how it works

All complete applications submitted to the categories above are entered into the People's Choice Award unless applicants choose to opt out. No separate application is required. The winner is determined through an online public vote.

All winners will be announced live during the ceremony at the Heat Pump Forum on 1 December.
