Marcin holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Warsaw and an LLM in International Commercial Law organized by the Academy of Leon Kozminski. 

He moved to Brussels from Poland more than 3 years ago for a traineeship in the EPP Group within the European Parliament. For a year, he provided weekly updates on transatlantic relations to MEPs from the US delegation. Afterwards, Marcin moved to the EPPA association where he worked for 2 years with policy and management issues related to the circular economy.

In August 2024, Marcin joined EHPA and the Policy team as a Policy Officer working on the F-gas regulation, the SKILLSAFE EU Project​, the Renewable Energy Skills Partnership​ and the European Parliament's Intergroup on Education and Skills. He also coordinates the Refrigerants Task Force​.
