The town Hall of Veere wanted to move from 24444 m3 gas/annum usage (2016) simply to ZERO in 2017. The town Hall also wanted to reduce the energy consumption of the HVAC system by minimum of 30%. The town Hall preferred a solution which would allow the re-use of all existing heating/cooling pipe work in the building thus reducing the time to modify and renew the system to a minimum and avoiding disturbances.
