Martina holds a bachelor’s degree in International Diplomacy from the University of Trieste and a master’s degree in Strategic Sciences for Economics and Management from the University of Turin. After gaining professional experience in project management for a private company in Turin, she moved to Brussels in March 2023 for an internship at Alphabet Formation, where she focused on designing, writing, and monitoring EU projects, particularly within the Erasmus+ Programme.

In August 2023, Martina joined the European Heat Pump Association (EHPA) as an EU Project Officer. She currently manages important initiatives such as the Heat Pump Award, GEOFLEXHeat, and Compliance Services, contributing to the promotion of sustainable energy solutions in Europe.
